DOMESTIC
Your order will be shipped via Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Chaotic Saints and/or ChaoticSaints.shop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
When placing orders, please ensure you provide the correct and full shipping address. Once orders are shipped, Chaotic Satins and/or ChaoticSaints.shop is not liable for lost, stolen, and/or missing packages.
Our Standard shipping charge is $8.00 and up depending on the total weight of the items.
Standard Shipping - Arrives typically 4-5 business days from the shipped date.
Our Express shipping charge is $18.00 and up depending on the total weight of the items.
Express Shipping - Arrives typically 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If no one is present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the delivery address. Chaotic Saints cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
Please allow 6-8 business days for order fulfillment processing for all headwear.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for fulfillment of Limited Drops and Releases due to the high volume of orders.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for order fulfillment processing for all tees, hoodies, crewnecks, and shorts as they are cut and sewed made-to-order items.
Processing times may be longer during the holiday seasons.
Fulfillment and shipping timelines are not the same.

We cannot cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed so check all your details including address, size, and items that you'd like to order before completing your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL
Your order will be shipped Standard Service USPS First Class Package International. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8-12 business days, but this will also depend on possible customs delays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.

Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. APPAREL/ACCESSORIES
All apparel (i.e. shirts, hoodies, sweaters) and most accessories are made to order which means fulfillment and shipping time will be longer than the timeline mentioned within the Domestic and International shipping timeframe.
