Refund policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

Change your mind? For up to 30 days after receiving your item(s), we’ll gladly accept returns for store credit on selected items purchased on chaoticsaints.shop. To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.

If you wish to return for store credit on an item, email support@chaoticsaints.com

Include the following information within your email:

  • Email Subject:
    • Name on order
    • Order number
  • Include In Your Email:
    • Name on order
    • Email on order
    • Order number
    • Date the order was placed
    • Reason for return

Chaotic Saints Support will then email you in return, detailing the handling of the return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customer will not be refunded for original shipping costs.

Customer will not be refunded for the shipping protection fee (if purchased).

Customer is responsible for ensuring that Chaotic Saints receives the return package.

  • On larger orders, consider tracking and insurance
  • Chaotic Saints will not issue any store credit for returns we do not receive

There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns.

**Do not send anything back until you have received a return email from Chaotic Saints detailing the return or exchange instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts, sale items, or gift cards unless the reason is defective. We will not allow size exchanges, no store credit, or refunds. All sales are final.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund of store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit of the original purchase amount.

***Chaotic Saints reserves the right to deny any return/refund. However, we aim to make all our customers happy.
